Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax advice, and support software use while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. This is a hands-on, onsite role focused on building local client relationships and delivering end-to-end Intuit experiences.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return filing experience (30+ returns/season).
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location (8:00–17:00 Mon–Fri, 20 hrs+/wk).
• Willing to complete required training and wear company uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with complex tax situations and planning.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual meetings.
