Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You’ll provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax guidance, and software support, serving both in-person and virtual clients while building strong local relationships. As a local ambassador, you’ll grow TurboTax’s client base, organize community events, and connect clients with payroll, bookkeeping, and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
