Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full‑service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, serving in‑person and virtual customers and helping families maximize refunds.

You'll build local relationships, attract new clients, and coordinate with a broader team to deliver end‑to‑end tax guidance.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season.
• Willingness to upskill into other services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must be onsite at TurboTax location; 20 hours/week minimum.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients across personal and business scenarios.
• Coordinate with tax specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and clear, personalized guidance.
