Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a U.S. TurboTax location. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to on-site and remote clients.

You’ll collaborate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences and drive local client growth. You will engage with the community to build relationships, deliver workshops, and expand TurboTax’s presence while leveraging marketing resources

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or equivalent legal credential with tax prep experience.
• Minimum 3 years preparing federal/state returns with professional software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location and stay 20+ hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, plan ahead, and ensure accurate tax solutions.
• Grow local client base and participate in community outreach events.
