Job summary

Intuit Careers is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a local TurboTax location. You will deliver full-service tax return preparation and expert guidance to in-person and virtual clients, with a focus on building long-term relationships within the community.

You will collaborate with a broader team of specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to ensure a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney license preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
