This role focuses on full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support for in-person and virtual clients. You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience, while growing the local client base and building lasting

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax returns (30+) per season using professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base and build long-term relationships in the community.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both on-site and virtually.
