Intuit Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location.

You will provide full‑service tax return preparation and expert guidance to clients in‑person and virtually, serving as a trusted advisor. You will build strong local relationships, help grow the client base, and connect customers with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services across the Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years, filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Must be onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, for at least 20 hours weekly.
• Must complete training and wear Intuit uniforms; name/picture may be used for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; holistic tax advisory experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base and build long-term relationships in the community.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and guide clients to tax outcomes.
• Interact with clients both in-person and via video tools to resolve questions.
