Intuit Careers is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to perform full-service tax preparation and advisory services at a designated TurboTax location in the United States. You will work closely with a team to serve in-person and virtual clients, delivering personalized tax solutions and driving local client growth.

You will connect clients with core Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at TurboTax office; 20+ hours/week; 8:00–17:00 schedule.
• Willing to complete training and compliance requirements.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms; may be used in advertising.
• Interest in local community presence; bilingual EN/ES a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
