Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at a TurboTax location. You will grow a local client base, collaborate with a team, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit support.

You will work onsite, serve in-person and virtual clients, and help build long-term relationships while delivering a premier customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attny with strong tax prep experience and tax-law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid 1040 tax returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional services (bookkeeping/payroll/advisory).
• onsite at a TurboTax office; 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, min 20 hrs/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events and partnerships.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Build lasting relationships and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Collaborate with team of specialists to address complex scenarios.
