Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a U.S. TurboTax location.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation and expert advice for in-person and virtual clients, serving as a trusted advisor within the broader Intuit ecosystem. You will work onsite, collaborating with a team of tax professionals to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, grow the local client base, and support community engagement with marketing resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising materials with your name/photo.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base and engage in outreach and events.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
• Collaborate with a local team to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and exceptional service.
