Intuit Careers is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax preparation and personalized guidance at a TurboTax location. You will work with clients in person and virtually, building long-term relationships and guiding them through complex tax scenarios.

You’ll collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, while helping grow the local TurboTax client base and ensuring a premium customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering comprehensive tax guidance and client service.
• Ability to grow local client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Willingness to work onsite in TurboTax locations across the U.S. with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Develop and nurture local client relationships through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for integrated client solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, both in person and via virtual channels.
