Intuit Careers seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services in a TurboTax location across the United States. You will work with a team to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, from tax advice to connecting clients with bookkeeping and planning services, while driving local growth and a best-in-class customer experience.

This role emphasizes in-person client meetings, community engagement, and a strong service mindset.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attny with strong tax prep and knowledge of tax laws

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow local client base and engage in events
• Champion the Intuit ecosystem by linking clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services
• Build long-term relationships and ensure excellent client experience

Skills

Tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney)

Active PTIN

3+ years 1040 prep

Upskilling in bookkeeping/payroll

Onsite 20h/wk availability

Training/compliance readiness

Willing to wear uniforms

Local community outreach

Bilingual EN/ES a plus
