Intuit Inc. seeks energetic individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a U.S. TurboTax location. Work with clients in-person and virtually to deliver full-service tax preparation and personalized guidance.

You'll connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory resources, build local relationships, and grow the TurboTax client base while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA or attorney with tax prep exp.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s.
• Willingness to work onsite 20+ hrs/week and training provided.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Serve as local community ambassador and business owner mindset.
• Grow local client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory teams.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences in-person and virtually.
• Utilize TurboTax tools and CRM to assist clients.
