Job summary

Intuit Careers is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, personalized advice, and software support while coordinating with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit solutions.

You will actively grow the local client base, participate in community events, and help clients understand tax implications and optimal strategies.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional services (bookkeeping/payroll/advisory).
• Onsite at TurboTax location, 8:00–17:00 local time, 20 hrs/week minimum.
• Willingness to complete required training and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, CRM tools.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver end-to-end TurboTax experience.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guidance on tax-related questions.
