Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a local location. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while building a local client base and delivering end-to-end Intuit services.

You will work on-site, engage with the community, and partner with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to ensure customers leave with actionable plans and lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Requires EA/CPA or attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required by law.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Build local client base through outreach and community events.
• Promote cross-service opportunities like bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
