Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while becoming the local face of TurboTax in your market.

You will grow a local client base, engage with the community through events, and connect clients to a broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll services. This role emphasizes personalized, end-to-end customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Active Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep exp.
• PTIN held as required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s/season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into more services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Build and grow a local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services as appropriate.
• Deliver year-round customer-first experiences with professionalism and clear tax guidance.
• Collaborate with a team of tax experts to ensure end-to-end client service.
