Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a local TurboTax location. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, personalized tax advice, and collaborate with a wider team of specialists to deliver end-to-end services.

You will be a trusted guide in helping clients navigate personal and business tax needs while contributing to local market growth and client loyalty. The role emphasizes community engagement, accessibility, and professional development.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040 federal/state returns with software.
• Willing to upskill into advisory services and other product offerings.
• Onsite work at TurboTax locations; ability to work 20+ hours weekly.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Maintain high-quality client relationships and accurate documentation.
• Support marketing and community engagement initiatives.
