Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation and expert advice, while coordinating with specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience for clients.

You will engage with local communities, build relationships, and drive growth for TurboTax within your market. This role emphasizes hands-on tax work, client education, and collaboration with financial professionals.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite at TurboTax location from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willingness to complete required training and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Collaborate with a broader team of specialists (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to deliver end-to-end service.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
