Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at one of our TurboTax locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert advice, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end client solutions.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or tax advisory services.
• Must be onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Must complete required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interested in building a local and online TurboTax presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure end-to-end Intuit experience.
