Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support clients’ personal and business tax needs while collaborating with a broader team of specialists.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, participate in community events, and leverage Intuit tools to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services, delivering trusted

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Training and development including compliance and up-skilling.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Lead local growth through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver year-round support.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
