Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new locations nationwide. You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns, while actively building your local customer base as a community ambassador.

The role emphasizes in-person service at TurboTax offices, with 8:00 AM–5:00 PM hours and a minimum of 20 hours per week. Training and growth opportunities are offered within the Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software (Circular 230 familiarity).
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, for a minimum of 20 hours/week. Training and compliance requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Lead local outreach and community events to grow a local customer base and brand awareness.
• Act as a trusted guide, connecting clients to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, building long-term relationships and addressing tax-related challenges.
