Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while building relationships with clients and the local community. This on-site role includes collaboration with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week and complete training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Serve as the local face of TurboTax and deliver exceptional customer experience.
