Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our network of offices across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prep services, and client support, while actively growing a local client base through community outreach and events.

You will work onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility during peak tax season, and collaborate with the Intuit ecosystem to offer additional services like bookkeeping and payroll as part of an integrated financial solution.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return prep experience using professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional services with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Lead local outreach and community involvement to grow local client base.
• Advise on deductions, tax planning, and liability reduction using Intuit resources.
• Assist customers in-person and via video tools, delivering a best-in-class experience.
