Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide in-person and virtual tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location. You will help clients with personal and business taxes, connect them with Intuit ecosystem, and grow the local client base.

Role emphasizes hands-on tax work, community engagement, and cross-selling Intuit services, with onsite hours and uniforms. Must reside in the United States and be able to work 20 hours/week.

Qualificações

• EA/CPA/Attorn(y) with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, 20 hrs/week.
• Willing to complete training and wear company uniforms.
• English/Spanish bilingual a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services to TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with related Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and educate clients.
