Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and help clients optimize deductions while engaging the local community.

Role requires onsite work, 20+ hours weekly, and a willingness to upskill into additional services with Intuit training. Base pay varies by location and experience, with a broad nationwide compensation framework.

Formación

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training from Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and maximize refunds.
• Engage with community through local events, outreach, and partnerships to grow the TurboTax presence.
• Act as a trusted guide connecting clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping or payroll.
