Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide on-site tax expertise, prepare returns, and work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end service.

This role emphasizes community engagement, local growth, and customer care, with hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, and a focus on building lasting client relationships while helping customers navigate complex tax scenarios.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• onsite at a TurboTax location 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and wear uniforms.
• Interest in building local/online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Work with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Engage with customers in-person and virtually.
