Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end service.

This on-site role emphasizes local community engagement, growth of client base, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience while leveraging Intuit tools and marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• ≥3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Must be onsite at TurboTax office location.
• Ability to work 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit service.
