Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts at new locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and help clients navigate personal and business tax needs while promoting Intuit solutions in the local community.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base.
• Champion the Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to related services.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Engage in local events and outreach to increase brand presence and referrals.
