Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at new locations across the United States. You will be a trusted advisor, providing hands-on tax preparation and expert advice while helping clients navigate various life events and complex tax scenarios.

Onsite at a TurboTax location, you will work with a team of financial experts, collaborate with specialists, and play a key role in growing the local client base.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in training.
• Interest in building local/community presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for holistic client service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and end-to-end Intuit support.
