Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while building long-term client relationships in your local community. You will work onsite, collaborating with a team of specialists across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end client solutions.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location with standard hours and minimum weekly hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Build and grow a local customer base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Connect clients with the full Intuit ecosystem for bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
