Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as onsite Local Service Experts at designated TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert guidance, and connect clients with Intuit's broader services to help achieve confident financial outcomes. As a trusted advisor, you will build local relationships, grow the client base, and deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences in collaboration with other specialists.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required by law
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season using professional software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory)
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week
• Willing to train and wear uniforms; participate in marketing
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax situations
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds
• Coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, or planning services
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships
