Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at new TurboTax locations across the United States. You’ll work onsite with a team of financial professionals, serving in-person and virtual clients, and help grow the local TurboTax client base while delivering end-to-end Intuit experiences.

Role emphasizes deep tax knowledge, client relationships, and cross‑service collaboration in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA preferred with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ federal/state returns).
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients (simple to complex scenarios).
• Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan for future taxes.
• Act as community ambassador to grow local client base and drive loyalty.
• Connect clients with additional Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and virtually.
