Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while collaborating with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions for clients. You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and engage with customers through in-person meetings and remote tools.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex cases.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Grow TurboTax client base in local communities and build long-term relationships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and video interactions.
