Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as TurboTax Local Service Experts in TurboTax locations across the United States. On-site, you will provide full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice while guiding clients through their complete financial picture.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll and planning, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience with Intuit tools and resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience; PTIN required by law.
• Minimum 3 years, filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location; 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hrs/wk.
• Must complete required training; uniforms; confident with advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base and foster long-term relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and clear tax guidance.
