Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at one of our TurboTax locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while growing a local client base and engaging with the community.

You will work onsite, collaborating with specialists across bookkeeping and payroll to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.

Qualifications

• Active credentials preferred (EA/CPA/Attorney).
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of 1040 prep for 30+ returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into broader services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, >=20 hrs/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma) for year-round support.
• Build relationships to turn one-time clients into long-term partnerships.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via video tools.
