Intuit Inc. is seeking lively individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts, working onsite at a TurboTax location.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience. You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and help customers navigate complex tax scenarios.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into advisory services with training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Serve as a proactive community ambassador to grow local client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and meet client goals.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure end-to-end service.
