Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, providing full-service tax preparation and expert advice. You will collaborate with a team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless client experience.

You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and leverage TurboTax tools to support customers through personal and business tax needs, while maintaining high service

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business returns and planning.
• Grow TurboTax local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to drive long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with a broader team of specialists (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, both on-site and via Intuit tools, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
