Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with a team to serve in-person and virtual clients, handling a range of tax scenarios and expanding the local client base through community engagement. Strong tax knowledge, professional credentials, and customer-focused service are essential as you collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions and drive

Qualifications

• EA/CPA designation or active PTIN required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience (30+ returns).
• Willingness to work onsite, 20+ hours per week, with training as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
