Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide expert tax preparation and personalized advice at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work on-site with a team of financial professionals, serving in-person and virtual clients and building long-lasting client relationships. You’ll help clients navigate complex tax situations, grow the local TurboTax client base, and connect customers with complementary Intuit services such as bookkeeping and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must reside in the United States and onsite at TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Serve as a local growth driver, building a client base and relationships.
• Coordinate with specialists for comprehensive services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via virtual tools.
