Intuit Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will advise on complex scenarios, collaborate with specialists, and actively grow the local client base through outreach and events.

The role emphasizes customer-centric service, cross-functional collaboration, and year-round engagement, including marketing-supported efforts to build a thriving local practice.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent / CPA or licensed attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.
• Open to upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with deductions, amendments, and tax planning.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists across the Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and ensure client satisfaction.
