Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support while growing the local client base and engaging with the community to build lasting relationships. As a trusted advisor, you’ll collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual tax returns per season.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location and during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists for comprehensive year‑round support.
