Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site full-service tax return preparation and provide expert tax advice to clients.

You will work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences for individuals and small businesses. You will also lead community outreach to grow the TurboTax client base, leveraging marketing tools and software to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
Onsite at a TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week minimum; standard hours Mon–Fri 8am–5pm.
Willing to complete training and wear company uniforms; may use your name/picture for advertising.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
Act as a community ambassador to grow local client base and engage with events.
Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services for integrated solutions.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and maintain client relationships long-term.
