Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax services at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver personalized tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists across business, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and participate in community events with TurboTax marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney credentials preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax filing experience using professional software.
• Willing to upsell bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Onsite work hours 8am–5pm, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete TurboTax client returns.
• Deliver deductions optimization and tax planning advice.
• Lead discovery sessions and minimize tax liabilities.
• Grow local TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Collaborate across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams.
• Engage in community events and local marketing efforts.
