Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support at a local TurboTax location.

You will serve personal and small business clients, deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience, and actively grow the local client base through outreach and community engagement. You will collaborate with tax specialists and services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to offer holistic solutions.

Formación

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week.
• Willingness to complete training and development as required by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising.
• Interest in building a local/community presence and creating tax-related content per company policy.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing is a plus.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma when appropriate.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences with professionalism and empathy.
