Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation, expert advice, and software support at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work closely with a team of tax and advisory professionals to deliver end-to-end services, from W-2s to complex scenarios, while growing a local client base. Role emphasizes community engagement, in-person and virtual client service, and a shared understanding of a customer's complete financial picture with ongoing

Qualifications

• Must have active tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) and strong knowledge of tax laws.
• Minimum three years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willingness to upsell into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services for end-to-end client support.
