Intuit Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to perform on-site tax returns and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with a team of financial experts to deliver end-to-end client solutions, from simple to complex tax situations, while growing your local client base. The role emphasizes hands-on tax preparation, personalized service, and building long-term relationships within the community, using Intuit marketing and TurboTax tools to drive

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must complete required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business scenarios.
• Lead local growth through outreach, events, and partnerships to build a client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Develop relationships to convert prospects into long-term clients and ensure year‑round support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help clients achieve financial goals.
