Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice at an on-site TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences for personal and business tax needs. You will grow the local client base, participate in community engagement, and leverage marketing resources to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and marketing support.
• Coordinate with specialists (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
