Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will act as a trusted advisor, connect with clients, and collaborate with specialists to provide end-to-end Intuit experiences. You will build local relationships, grow the client base, and leverage marketing resources to drive loyalty while offering tax planning and advisory services beyond basic filing.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow and manage a local client base through outreach and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
