Intuit Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support, while coordinating with a broader team of tax and advisory specialists to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience. You will also grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and help customers achieve positive financial outcomes through local events, marketing

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation expertise.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex cases.
• Grow local client base through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for a seamless client experience.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and a best-in-class client experience.
