Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full‑service return preparation at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will grow the local client base, deliver end-to-end tax and advisory support, and collaborate with specialists to meet client needs. This role emphasizes community engagement, a strong customer focus, and on-site work.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, min 20 hrs/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear company uniform; may appear in advertising.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond simple filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as local community ambassador, growing the client base and events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
